Northwind rebrand
Homepage
v3Hello Maria. Studio Atlas is asking for your review of this version of Northwind rebrand.

What your client does
The numbers match the example above. One page holds the whole review, so there is nothing to explain in an email.
A link with their name on it
Each reviewer gets their own link, by email from Vexorx or from you. It opens a page that says what to review, which version and by when. No account, no password, nothing to install.
The real website, at any size
Start reviewing opens the site with a review panel on top. View as Phone or Tablet opens it in a window of that size, so a mobile check needs no phone.
Fixes to confirm
Comments you addressed since the last version are listed with your note. The client confirms each one, or marks it still not right, which files it again on this version.
One clear decision
Approve the version or request changes. Unsent comments go with the decision, and approval asks for your criteria and a typed-name signature.
On the website
A small panel sits in the corner of your site, only for the reviewer. Everything else on the page works as usual.
Point at an area
Select part of the page. The screenshot is taken there and then, from what the client sees.
Draw on it
Arrows, boxes, a pencil and text, by mouse or touch. Blur hides anything they would rather not send.
Suggest new text
Select a sentence and write what it should say. You get the current text and the new text side by side.
Send when ready
Comments stay private drafts the client can edit or delete, then go to you together.

Current text

Suggested text
so you can run your business.
The menu covers the logo when I scroll on my phone.
Sent
Comments stay private until you send them from your review page, where you also approve or request changes.
What reaches you
Each comment arrives with what you need to act on it, without asking which page or which device.
The comment
In the client’s words, or a text suggestion: what the page says now and what it should say.
The screenshot
The selected area with the client’s drawing, stored privately with the comment.
The page
The address the comment was made on, so you open the same page they saw.
Browser and window size
Which browser, and how wide the window was. “It breaks on my phone” comes with the size.
The version
Every comment belongs to the version under review, so rounds never blur together.
The conversation
You can answer under each comment, and the client replies from their link while the review is open.
Send them on to Linear, Trello, Asana or Slack, or keep the whole round in Vexorx until the sign-off.
Safe on a live site
Review the production site if you need to. Your visitors and their data stay out of it.
Visitors see nothing
The script is under 1 kB compressed and does nothing without a reviewer’s link. The panel loads only for reviewers.
Access that expires
The website opens with a short-lived key that ends after 10 minutes. The client’s personal link never reaches your site.
Private fields stay private
Form fields, editable text and anything marked data-vx-private are hidden from screenshots.
No recording
No session replay, no page snapshots, no tracking. Only what the client chooses to send.
Adding the script takes one tag. The install guide covers every common platform.
In your colours
Clients review with your agency, not with a tool they have never heard of. On Pro and Agency.
- Your logo and name on the review page, in the panel and in the emails
- Your colours and heading font
- No “Powered by Vexorx” line
About client review.
What your client sees,
and what reaches you.
Does my client need an account or a plugin?
No. They open their personal link in any modern browser. There is no signup, no password and nothing to install, on their side or in their browser.
Can they review on a phone?
Yes. The link works on a phone, and the panel and drawing work with touch. On a computer, View as opens the site in a phone (390×844) or tablet (820×1180) window, and the comment records that size.
When do I see their comments?
When they send them. Until then comments are private drafts they can edit or delete; approving or requesting changes sends them too. You see how many are waiting, not what they say. Unsent drafts are deleted after 7 days without changes, or when the review closes.
What if they go quiet?
Invite reviewers by email from Vexorx and reminders follow after 48 hours, 4 days and 7 days, until they decide. You can switch them off per review, or nudge chosen reviewers yourself, once a day.
Can they reply to my answers?
Yes. Under each comment you can answer, and the client replies from their link while the review is open (if you invited them by email, they get an email too). The conversation stays with the comment, apart from your team’s internal notes.
What if the script is not on the site yet?
The client can still write comments and decide on their review page. Pointing at the website needs the script, which the install guide covers for every common platform.
Does it work on staging and on a different domain?
Yes. Each version has its own address, so a preview deployment, staging or the live site can all be reviewed. The panel opens only on the address of the version under review.
Do I pay per reviewer?
No. Client reviewers and their comments are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Plans are priced on active projects and team members.
