Approving a page or a version
In Ruttl the project owner chooses approvers for a page, and an approved page takes no more comments until it is unapproved. In Vexorx the client approves a version: the decision, signature and receipt stay with that version, and the next version opens a new round.

Not in Vexorx: each reviewer gets a personal link, and the review panel opens on the real website with nothing to install. Ruttl also lets clients comment on live projects without signing up.
