Who signs off
In MarkUp.io, admins and MarkUp owners set a MarkUp’s status and sign-off; others see it and get notified. In Vexorx the client makes the decision from their own link, and an approval carries their typed name and a fingerprinted receipt.

MarkUp.io prices on MarkUps created each month: Pro is $79 a month for 50, with unlimited users. Vexorx does not count reviews: Starter is $19 a month for 5 active projects and 5 team members, Pro $49 for 10 and 10, Agency $99 with no limits.

Do clients need an account, in Vexorx or in MarkUp.io?
Not in Vexorx: each reviewer gets a personal link, and the review panel opens on the real website with nothing to install. MarkUp.io lets guests review without registering, through a share link.
Can the client approve the work themselves?
In Vexorx, yes: the client approves the version from their link, confirms your acceptance criteria and types their name. MarkUp.io describes its sign-off status as set by admins and MarkUp owners.
Does Vexorx limit reviews per month?
No. Vexorx counts active projects and team members, never reviews, reviewers or comments. MarkUp.io counts MarkUps created each month (50 on its $79 Pro plan).
Can I move from MarkUp.io to Vexorx?
Yes, one project at a time. Add the Vexorx script tag to the site, add the next version and invite the client. Vexorx does not import comments from MarkUp.io, so keep the old feedback there until the project is done.
