Vexorx vs BugHerd
for client sign-off.
BugHerd is a visual bug tracker: clients and the team pin feedback to a website, and tasks move across a built-in board. Vexorx is client review and sign-off for web agencies: clients comment on the real website, approve a specific version and sign it, and you see who every deliverable is waiting on.

The short answer
Choose Vexorx if
- You need the client to approve a specific version, with a signed record both sides can print.
- You sell a fixed number of revision rounds and want extra rounds on the record.
- You want to see at a glance which deliverables are waiting on the client, and for how long.
Choose BugHerd if
- You want a task board for bugs inside the feedback tool, not in Linear, Trello or Asana.
- You collect video feedback, or feedback on PDFs, images and Figma designs.
- You need Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com or Zapier.
What is actually different
- 01
Tasks or a decision
BugHerd turns feedback into tasks and moves them across its board until they are done; its pricing and features pages describe no approval step. In Vexorx every review round ends with a decision on one version: changes requested, or approved and signed.
- 02
Members or projects
BugHerd charges for team members and storage, with unlimited projects: Standard is $50 a month for 5 members. Vexorx charges for active projects and team members, and has a free plan: Starter is $19 a month for 5 active projects and 5 team members, Pro $49 for 10 and 10, Agency $99 with no limits.

Where the work goes
BugHerd keeps tasks on its own board, with a version of it for clients. Vexorx sends tasks to the tool your team already uses (Trello, Linear, Asana or Slack) and keeps the client side together: versions, decisions and sign-off.

Questions.
What teams ask
when they compare us with BugHerd.
- 1 active project, 2 team members
- Unlimited client reviewers
- No card needed
Do clients need an account, in Vexorx or in BugHerd?
Not in Vexorx: each reviewer gets a personal link, and the review panel opens on the real website with nothing to install. BugHerd says clients can review without logging in when you share a project link; depending on the project, they may be asked to install its browser extension.
Is Vexorx a bug tracker?
No. Vexorx is for client review and sign-off: the client comments on a version, then approves it or asks for changes. Bugs and tasks go on to Trello, Linear, Asana or Slack.
Which is cheaper?
It depends on how you work. BugHerd starts at $50 a month for 5 members with unlimited projects. Starter is $19 a month for 5 active projects and 5 team members, Pro $49 for 10 and 10, Agency $99 with no limits, and Free covers 1 active project.
Can I move from BugHerd to Vexorx?
Yes, one project at a time. Add the Vexorx script tag to the site, add the next version and invite the client. Vexorx does not import comments from BugHerd, so keep the old feedback there until the project is done.
