A sign-off you
can point to.
Your client approves the exact version they reviewed, confirms your criteria and signs with their name. Vexorx keeps the record for both of you, and anything asked for afterwards becomes a new version.
On every plan, including Free.

How a version gets signed off
- 01
Send the version
Each reviewer gets a personal link to the version under review. No account, no password.
- 02
The client reviews it
Comments go onto the live site, pinned to that version. A change request closes the round; the next version opens a new one.
How client review works - 03
Every condition is met
The client ticks off your acceptance criteria and confirms each fix you made since the last version.
- 04
Approve and sign
The client reads the statement, types their name and approves. You both get the same receipt.
What’s in the record
The numbers match the example above. Your client sees the same receipt on their review page.
Who approved, and when
Name, email and time of each approval. When every reviewer must approve, each one is listed with their own time and signature.
Open comments and confirmed fixes
How many comments were still open at approval, and how many fixes the client confirmed or reopened.
Acceptance criteria
Every point you set for the deliverable, with who confirmed it. Approval stays closed until all are confirmed.
The signature
The statement Vexorx wrote for this version, the name the client typed, and the IP address it came from. The browser is stored too.
Fingerprint
A SHA-256 fingerprint of the whole record. If any part of it changes, the fingerprint changes; the printed copy carries it in full.
Rules you set
Decide what approval means for each project before the client sees anything.
Approval rules
Per review: the first approval signs off the version, or every reviewer must approve.
Acceptance criteria
A checklist per deliverable, written in your words, that the client confirms point by point.
Revision limits
How many change rounds a project includes. Extra rounds are marked as included or out of scope.
Internal review first
Optionally, a teammate approves each version before any client sees it.

About sign-off.
What your client signs,
and what you keep.
Is it a legal signature?
It is a simple electronic signature: the client accepts a statement written by Vexorx and types their name, and the record keeps the time, IP address and browser. Whether that is enough for a particular contract depends on the contract and where you work.
Can a client approve while comments are still open?
Yes. The receipt shows how many comments were still open at approval, so it is clear what was accepted as it was. Acceptance criteria, if you set them, must all be confirmed first.
What does the fingerprint prove?
That the record has not changed since approval. It is a SHA-256 fingerprint of the sign-off record: compare it with the printed copy, and if any part of the record changed, the two will not match.
What if several people review?
Choose the rule per review: the first approval signs off, or every reviewer must approve, each with their own signature. One change request from anyone closes the round.
What if the client wants more after approving?
The approved version stays signed off. New requests start a new version, and with revision limits you can mark extra rounds as out of scope.
Can we keep a copy?
Yes. You and your client can print the receipt or save it as a PDF. The printed copy adds the project, the address, the review reference and the full fingerprint.
