Vexorx vs Pastel
for client sign-off.
Pastel is a feedback tool for websites and designs: reviewers comment on a canvas, with deadlines, versions and approvals. Vexorx is client review and sign-off for web agencies: clients comment on the real website, approve a specific version and sign it, and you see who every deliverable is waiting on.

The short answer
Choose Vexorx if
- Approval needs to be a signed record: a typed name, your acceptance criteria and a fingerprinted receipt both sides can print.
- You sell a fixed number of revision rounds and want extra rounds on the record.
- Your team is bigger than two: Vexorx Starter has 5 team members for $19 a month.
Choose Pastel if
- You collect video feedback, and want Pastel to store the recordings.
- You need Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com or Zapier.
- You want one tool for website and design feedback alike.
What is actually different
- 01
An approval, or a signed one
Both tools tie approval to a version, and a new version starts the decision again. In Pastel a reviewer approves or requests changes with an optional comment. In Vexorx the client also confirms your acceptance criteria and signs a statement with their name; the receipt records who, when and on which devices, with a fingerprint.

Team size for the price
Pastel Pro is $35 a month for 2 users and 3 active canvases; Team starts at $119 a month for 5 users. Starter is $19 a month for 5 active projects and 5 team members, Pro $49 for 10 and 10, Agency $99 with no limits.
- 03
Seeing it on a phone
Pastel has a responsive tester for checking the site at other sizes. Vexorx records the devices each client actually opened the site on, and can keep Approve disabled until they have reviewed it on mobile, tablet or desktop.

Questions.
What teams ask
when they compare us with Pastel.
- 1 active project, 2 team members
- Unlimited client reviewers
- No card needed
Do clients need an account, in Vexorx or in Pastel?
Not in Vexorx: each reviewer gets a personal link, and the review panel opens on the real website with nothing to install. Pastel offers guest reviewers on every plan, who can comment and reply.
Both have approvals. What is the difference?
What the approval proves. A Vexorx approval records the client’s typed name, the statement they accepted, every acceptance criterion they confirmed, the devices they reviewed on and a fingerprint of the record, on a receipt both sides can print.
Which is cheaper for a team?
Starter is $19 a month for 5 active projects and 5 team members, Pro $49 for 10 and 10, Agency $99 with no limits. Pastel Pro is $35 a month for 2 users, and Team starts at $119 a month for 5 users.
Can I move from Pastel to Vexorx?
Yes, one project at a time. Add the Vexorx script tag to the site, add the next version and invite the client. Vexorx does not import comments from Pastel, so keep the old feedback there until the project is done.
